The firm has done personal and business returns for us over the years. The responsiveness on answering questions is always excellent. There is always a personal touch with an intake interview (discussing basics and any more complex issues) and at least one "wrap-up" session, where everything is covered in detail and any questions answered. Everyone involved with the Gonzales Group has been warm and receptive, but most importantly professional.
