Very disappointed with customer service. I picked out three items at the gallery and had them mailed to me. Unfortunately one of them did not have a hanger on it - even tho all the rest in the shop did. I wanted to hang all on a wall When I contacted the gallery and asked if they would ship one to me at their expense they refused to do so - said I had to pay to ship defective one back as well as paying shipping cost on replacement. I had already paid the shipping to have them sent to me in the first place - somehow paying triple shipping on an item that had something wrong with it in the first place seems a little unfriendly to me
I wanted a very meaningful sketch done of my husband and his father (passed away 8yrs ago and there are NO photos of them together). After contacting the gallery, Mrs. Carlin walked me through the steps she would take to accomplish such an important gift. She took the time to answer all of my questions and allowed me to email photos and details I would like in the sketch. She completed the beautiful piece in less time than anticipated. The sketch looked as if was done from a picture of them together. There was so much detail and emotion, it brought tears to my eyes. She is truly an amazing person, with such great talent. I will definitely be sending more projects her way, as well as friends. My husband was moved by this piece. Thank you so much!!
Good variety of professional contemporay art and the prices are reasonable. The gallery setting in an old house with good light makes a charming presentation.
