Needs improvement on the sitting area where its more room for the via riders. The machine for change or drinks and snacks are always sold out.
Buses always slow and never on time and they stop running at a certain time....
Very little information is given about how to purchase tickets at the location and once you're there the staff are very rude. I even called the service they have available to ask questions on and they were very rude and unhelpful. I literally missed a concert I paid hundreds of dollars to see because the website lied and said they were running shuttles to the location till an hour after the show. Just very unsatisfactory and extremely disappointing.
Clean, cool and comfortable busses. Love using it when going downtown. No driving and parking hassle
Coming from Seattle, this is a good Park n Ride to catch a bus downtown. It can maybe be a little more on time or more buses, but it works.
