I like it better than any others ive been to they even hand dry your windshield and mirrors!
The wash itself was not too bad, but the service was not good. I waited 5 mins on the attendant... and was not greeted nicely. I was simply told I was in the wrong spot. The attendant was not welcoming and seemed to want to get me in and out...the business was not busy by the way. After this, I spoke to who I though was the manager...he simply defended the attendant and basically said I was being too sensitive. I think 2 stars is fair...because I could get the same wash for 6 bucks at the gas station...and not have to deal with poor service.
I’ve been bringing vehicles here for 5 years and they always take great care. The details are quite expensive but I trust that my truck is in good hands and it is done correctly.
Not going back! I had a little mud on my car from the last time it rained at work so I went to this car wash. They tried to charge me an additional $20 on top of the $18 wash that I wanted. The reasoning was because of the extra work it would take the employees. Really? It's a drive through machine wash and the employee that mans it has a pressure washer... I went somewhere else and won't be going back. Rip off!
