The store was packed with clothes and accessories with decent prices for the used quality of clothes. I found a pair of slacks and belt:)
Was able to get in and out during my lunch break. Staff was nice and helpful. Store was clean.
Not friendly unless you are at counter to buy. Lack of fairness in purchasing clothing. Not sure who reviews clothing/shoes to sell, they are not honest in their reasons and have not been able to know how they actually buy from customers to resell. This is the 3rd time I have taken clothing (none over 2yrs, many never worn and more stylish than much they have in store) for larger sizes. Never have the ever traded with me even though I buy regularly and give gift cards. I will be telling everyone in neighborhood about my experience and cease my shopping at this location.
Love this store. Great selection of clothes at great prices and the nicest, friendliest staff. Be sure and come by in the last Friday of each month for their Ladies Night!
My husband bought some clothes for me as a gift. He was told just need a receipt and tags on the clothes to return. Really nice and brand new looking. Great prices. I had to return two of the items. I WAS planning on dropping some money in the store. Until I hand them the receipt and they tell me the sale wasn't entered right with no phone #. Start to blame my husband. My husband didn't enter the sale. And then I was told I have to have his card #. So I call and interrupt my husband get his card information. No need physical card! Not what he was told. Did I say this was a gift! I have never shopped there and won't ever again. Lost revenue!
