When I was there they treated me very well, they were very nice and efficient. Within an hour I was able to leave with all my documents ready.
I was there for the purpose of getting my working visa for mexico. As you have to leave Mexico and go to a consulate abroad I decided to go to the one in San Antonio. As I contacted them asking for more detailed information I got an answer within the same day and all my questions answered.

The directory when u call is off anything thst you try to dial won't go though you. You can not get a hold of anyone?! Smh
You can call a million times and a million times no one will talk to you. It's all automated but no one gets on to answer your questions.
