Called around 10 am in regards to sunflower stock. The guy (owner) told me that he had just received some in and gave a price over the phone after I told him what I wanted. I told him I'd be by in the next 10 mins, and he had them prepared when I walked in the door.
On top of all of that Customer Service was superb. The entire interaction lasted about 20 mins phone/in person. I definitely recommend this Shop for floral arrangements.
Ordered through an online company and they used Dreamweaver, San Antonio, TX...BIG MISTAKE! The company had the nerve to call my sister, whom I was sending the flowers to and first told her the order was not coming because the credit card info.hadn't gone through. False, paid through online! Then they tried to tell her that it finally went through but then I had cancelled the order because they now said that it was too late to deliver today and I didn't want it sent the next day! All lies! The online company said that Dreamweaver denied the order but didn't tell them until it was late afternoon and then no other florist was available! My sister's birthday was ruined because she never got her flowers! I didn't find out until it was too late to order from anyone else. I won't order from Dreamweaver ever and telling all my family in San Antonio not to either!
This is Andy's wife, Samantha ... I ordered flowers from this location for our family members birthday that was staying at a Texas hotel. We are not from Texas and our family took a vacation here. The hotel recommended this location. I called.... customer service was amazing. Michael was very helpful and personable. I ordered balloons, and they were not delivered. I called back and spoke with Terry. He told me they would get balloons over there ASAP, and include chocolate candy, as well! This place is amazing. The hotel sent me a picture of the flowers and they were beautiful and full. I'm all about customer service considering we are business owners. This entire team is more than dedicated. Thank you again.

Very easy to work with. Gave Jay a color scheme and some inspiration pictures for our wedding, and he delivered with flowers and floral arrangements that were far prettier than what I expected. Highly recommend.
The bouquet was just what I wanted and fairly cheaper than the other floral shops that I called that morning. He asked the occasion, suggested a card and Candy, and added that to the bouquet.
