They have fun and beautiful decorations for Fiesta. I got a beautiful wreath for my door and some papel picado. They have super cute cascarones in forms of animals, people, and other cute shapes. The items are made by individuals with Autism and part of the funds go to help them.
We ordered cascarones for our gender reveal party, Mary was a very sweet lady when I placed the order. Unfortunately, she never called to tell me my order was ready. (I ordered them a whole month in advance). I called her 3 times, left her 2 voicemails and went to her shop 3 times to try to pick up my cascarones and each time I went the store was closed. She never returned my calls either. :( We had to figure something out last minute the day of our party. I wish she had just called to say she wouldn't be able to fulfill the order, but she didn't... disappointing.
Finally, I received a call but only to tell me that the person who does the pinatas was involved in an accident and all orders were cancelled! I was so upset, she stated that the accident had just occurred so I asked why my order wasn't done since I placed it 3 weeks ago? No answer to my question and never ever a SORRY!!
You will be impressed by their Fiesta custom Decorations!!!! I love my custom Fiesta Decor.
Worst experience!! I had never ordered a pinata for my daughter, so I found this location stopped in placed my order everything seemed good. I ordered it 4 weeks prior my daughters party to ensure no problems, well ....3 weeks later I started calling to check on my order and the phone just rang. I left a few messages, but never a return call back. This started to concern me since the party was a week away. I went back on the web and found an email for the location, so I sent an email in hopes this would work.
I WOULD NOT order from here. There is a MAJOR lack of communication! I called the store & was told I could order a specific piñata & even confirmed the date. I was advised to go to their website & email the "designer" who would discuss my design/size. Once the person emailed me back they stated they "aren't taking orders" & referred me to another piñata place
After my conversation with this lady I read some other reviews on this place, so WISHED I would've done that first!! I never like to leave negative reviews, but feel it necessary to warn other parents of this business. Thankfully I had a friend refer me to .....KARLA'S SUPER PINATAS ... She helped me out by finishing a beautiful pinata for my daughter in just a weeks time and earned a satisfied customer for LIFE!!!
