Everyone was very helpful and kind. They were always ready to assist. I highly recommend them. Very loving environment.
Both my parents received loving, knowledgeable and professional treatment from this family owned and operated company. They treat people like valuable human beings, not grieving persons to be manipulated for profit. I was present when both my mother died and my father died 6 months later and the funeral directors handle the bodies with great respect and care. They were thorough with all the planning, documents and made sure I had no worries and was free to experience the service without distraction. Most employees are retired military and they made the military honors service appropriate and special.

Puente & Sons Funeral Chapel was very accomdating to me and my family. We lost both parents 3 months apart. My fathers viewing was very special. He was Military and they honored him with pride. I called one weekend and spoke with Guillermo who was so kind and took the time to just answer any questions and gave information about what I needed to know. At the Judson location, we met with Sig who was just as kind and caring as Guillermo. They did everything for my brothers cremation and handled it with love and compassion. I will use Puente and Sons for my own needs even though I have plots elsewhere. I highly recommend this funeral home.
