I called to get him to come out for a winter clean up special and to have my gutters cleaned. He said he was going to come out that day to give me a quote and that he would call to give me a heads up. He never came and never called to let me know that he would not be here. Very dissapointed as I waited all day for him.
We experienced poor customer service and remain disappointed. We were forgotten about and they do not prioritize jobs. It's unfortunate that we won't be calling them again. :(
