I literally grew up going here lol love the way they keep the store always modern, lots of parking I never have any problems! All types of food for me to cook too
I never have to worry about long check out lines, unlike another big grocery store, because the managers are constantly managing them. I can also always find an employee if I need help. I don't have to track one down. And I have never seen an unhappy employee!
I love my neighborhood HEB. A few years ago they remodeled and I was upset at first cause I knew where everything was, but because this is my HEB I now know where everything is again. Its a great place with great folks and great prices. I love my HEB!
If I could give this HEB a -0 I would. Let me tell y'all why..... I'm checking out with my baby and husband. The bagger name Eric just started a conversation and walked off. Stopped helping bag my groceries. My husband after getting off a long day of work. Ask the check out guy " was he not the bag boy?" He said yes he was. And not even the check out guy wanted to do his job. So we went ahead a did there job for them. Sad to say this but this is why I enjoy Walmart. Because Walmart always ask me if I need help outside and they do their jobs with bagging my groceries as well as putting the BAGS IN MY CART. Come on HEB get ur works together. If your workers see a mother and father w a baby bagging their own groceries you are dropping the ball. I will gladly pay more at Walmart so the bag boy will do their job. No a hard job. Very rude!
One of my favorite locations. Small and clean. There are some products that can only be found here but most of the inventory and layout is the same.
