I walked here from my hotel hoping to buy some fresh fruit. The first thing I saw was some wrinkled, sagging green peppers. For dairy products, there was literally 1 gallon of milk and one quart of milk. The shelves were bare in spots. This place seems on the verge of going out of business. I bought the quart of milk because I felt bad. Only after I put some in my coffee did I realize it was 3 WEEKS past pull date.
Excellent neighborhood store. Great prices, friendly and accommodating staff. Welcomes business from local events and near Alamo and river walk.

This suck now! Has gone down hill. The clerks are rude and their products are over priced and horrible quality.
