I've been going to this location at 3 to 4 times a month for 6 months now at various times of the day. I won't be going back unless I shop before 11am with no kids in tow. The sale produce is always under stocked, always. Forget going at 12pm or later for a good selection any day of the week. I now understand folks around here love HEB so much more. The ladies restroom is tiny and cramped. I'm petite and small to the average sized American. I can only imagine what it must feel like for other folks. I can't take my young kids into the restroom without touching a wall or door. The staff...most are nice, nothing extraordinary, and others are there doing the bare customer service job (stocking produce). There are two cashiers that are wonderful to my kids, but average to me. The seafood department personnel are always nice to me. The produce guys are the worst. Why can't this store stay stocked on the sale items that are advertised?! I'm not even driving here for the 72 hour sales, just the weekly deals. It's so aggravating and a waste of my time making a shopping list for this location. I don't like giving bad reviews...If I were a stockholder, I'd be irate since they're losing customers who expect advertised deals period. There are only 2 locations throughout all of San Antonio. The other one is only 1 star better and maybe worth the extra drive. -_-
Most of our experiences with the staff have been positive, but the reason this review gets a 3 and not a five is Daisy. Wow! Little miss, bad attitude cashier was completely rude for no apparent reason. Please retrain or release this employee.
There's a reason why I came to Sprouts as opposed to another chain grocery store. I had already put Sprouts over other grocery stores, but they once again impressed me with their flawless customer service!
I had the best experience here at this Sprouts. I worked late and I was craving some Boar's Head cheese from the deli. I came in at 9pm when the deli had already closed. I found Chelsea and Emily and they reopened the deli just for me!!! Are you kidding me? That's customer service.
Great local grocery with lots of healthy, organic choices. Really good cheese, beer and wine selection too!
I prefer this store, especially the help I receive in the vitamin dept. Lisa Salinas & Joan Edwards in particular. About the ladies bathroom...yuck. They did paint the stalls (black) and change the sink. Let's not talk about the dirty floor. Bottom line: Best not to use it. The selection of gluten-free products is the best in town as is the selection of grass-fed beef. The veggie and meat departments are VERY CLEAN.
Great service. Awesome selections for health conscious eating. Great bulk selection. Love the deli.
Prices can be on the higher side, but that's probably expected in this type of grocer (higher quality...).
Overall, we like sprouts and hope to return.
Besides the sale items, the selection is great and pricey. Bulk foods are always stocked up. If you have extra disposable income, then come to Sprouts. I've found better prices elsewhere.
