If you wanna sit on a machine all day while texting this is not the gym for you. If you are serious about lifting weights this is a great gym at a great price. I first went to Joe's in the 90's when SA had Fitness Connection, Raquetball, Ballys etc... When I stepped in this gym and heard the loud Rock music and the grunting and screaming I knew I would fit right in lol

Great old school no-nonsense gym.
This is a sweet gym. Only been twice so far and I think I'm gonna have to sign up for a membership. If you're looking to pack on some serious muscle and be in the right environment to do it, you gotta check this place out.
Neighborhood gym. Feels like you're working out in a buddies garage. Don't expect the same amenities as golds but, still worth looking into.
