Highly recommend.
We had a terrible experience with Michael Toscano and TC Granite. Our installation was scheduled for a Monday, then the proceeding Thursday, then the following Monday. Michael stopped taking our calls when they did not show up that Thursday and instead had his employee call us to advise us of the Monday schedule. No show and no call on Monday. Finally after a total of 10 days we received a call in the morning providing us with only a few hours notification that they would install that day - leaving the shop at noon. They finally showed up at 3:30 in the afternoon and worked with 1 other poor soul until 7:30 at night as we watched them remove their tools leaving behind a trail of screws and dust (not good when you have a toddler). My wife and I took 2 hours to clean up after them. Michael proceeded to prepare his invoice as I asked for the warranty on labor that he promised since I requested it knowing he has no insurance. He said he had none and then threatened to put a lien on my house (never said I wouldn't pay him). I asked him to provide the warranty and I would be happy to pay him. The following day I received another threatening email from him, no warranty but I did pay in order to put this matter to rest. After all, a warranty is only as good as the person who provides it and by the level of service received to date I wasn't confident it would be honored. 2 days later our sink dropped from the granite, we noticed they left unpolished areas on the countertop and worst of all there is a cut in the granite on the front edge about 2" long that he covered up with epoxy. When asked to return to re-install the sink and polish the rough areas - Guess what?? - he said he would be there the next evening and he never showed up or called. We have documented all of these occurrences and have pictures of the deficiencies. We will be contacting the Better Business Bureau, Consumer Affairs and other appropriate organizations to make them aware of how unprofessional this company is. Their actions are borderline criminal.
Mr. Mike and his team over at TC GRANITE are hands down the BEST fabricators in the business. They have completed our (4th) home for us. In a little over a year. We took a chance with them since they are a small business. And I personally have to say. "They have exceeded our expectations." I have worked with the big granite companies before on many different occasions. Only to be let down. Since day one. Mr. Mike has been hands on, on all of our projects. Which is comforting to a home owner knowing the owner of the company is right there working along side with his employees. His communication skills and knowledge of his stones are phenomenal. Not to mention his pricing. Quality work at an affordable price. So glad we took the chance.
Mike and his team are great. Delivered as promised, on time..
