My grandfather told me that a good dry clearner is hard to find, McDougall Laundry & Cleaners is proof of that. Used them specifically to get a tux shirt back in two days, they promised delivery the following day Long behold they didn't get the shirt done until three days after the original promised delivery (four days later). Their prices are high, but I don't mind that if the service was good and timely, which it really isn't. Got a lot of attitude as others here mentioned and very little customer service. I don't know what the owner is thinking given the large amount of cleaners in the local area. Given you have a choice if you are reading this, I woul avoid this place if possible.
i worked there...ya we pick it up from your car and take it to u but behind doors the girls are mean. i was the youngest one there and the only one going to college and they were always yelling at me and blaming all there mistakes on me. they are rude!!!!!i put up with it and just stayed quite because i have a little boy that i need to support. but somebody can only put up with so much.
