Better b prepared to spend the whole time washing, drying and folding your clothes. If the machines finish, your clothes r inside & you're not there to remove them, they'll throw your belonging out. Also, hold your water... there's only 1 restroom & it's nasty looking. On the bright side, the place is open 24 hours.
I have been to many laundromats in San Antonio and by far this is the best one to go to. The owner is great and the employees are always helpful and offer services such as wash and fold. The laundromat is well maintained considering most are usually pretty messy. Will definitely be back especially since they're open 24 hours now to better fit my schedule. :)
I Love this place. 24/7. Nice, clean restrooms, affordable washers. WiFi, TV. Very cozy. If you forget and leave your clothes behind, in the washer they'll dry them and they fold them. They give you a few days to be able to return for them. Pretty cool.
Nice and clean. Several machines were out of order but they have many of them so it was not hard to find one. Only suggestion I could give is more seating. Otherwise it was a good experience. They also have a laundry cleaning delivery service I am going to try.
THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU. I just had one of the best experiences at this laundromat. The employees are friendly and the owner is sooo nice. I have never been to a laundromat before and I had a lot of comforters and clothes to wash since we just got back from a vacation. I was so confused when I first went in, but the staff were helpful and let me know the cycle from beginning to end. One of the washers were giving us issues in the beginning but the owner was there and he was able to figure out the problem, we had overloaded the machines!!! oops. Even though it was our fault, he put us in another bigger machine and made sure we were taken care of from the beginning! I will be coming back, and I just wanted to let someone know that this place is worth it! I even created a yelp account so I can review them there as well. I'm kind of a talker and I can go on forever. Either way, thank you for a wonderful experience.
