I've been to this place a few times and noticed. The employees don't take breaks.. I'm thinking they are not aloud to take breaks.. Now if that's the case.. I'm sure that's against the law... Not good....
Kids loved it! Took a 20, 15, 11, 10, 9 and 5 yr old and they all had a great time. It was clean with lots to do for all ages. Trampoline, dodge ball, obstacle course gym area, snacks & lots of comfy seating. Spent 2 hrs there and they are all beat! They're excited to do it again.
Coward owners of this place deleted someones great review explaining all the problems this place has. Deleting those reviews just shows that you have no idea how to handle customers and address problems in a mannerly way. I've been here before and I can say that this is the worst place ever. First, this is in the ghetto and the entrance does not exactly look welcome. The inside inst any better. There was loud obnoxious music that isn't good for our kids to hear. All the fonts and the looks of the things looked very poor and made with no effort and creativity and just made to appeal to kids. The commercial may seem nice but please do not go here. I've seen too many dangers that it shocks me this place is still open. You guys are all cowards for deleting the poor persons review and their reasonable explanation. I hope this place gets shut down and you'll learn your lessons.
I definitely do not in any way, shape, or form recommend this place to anybody. I scheduled a birthday party for my child last week. I was told by the employee working there that it was $120. Come the day of the party, during the party (not even before, or after), we were bombarded by many employees saying that since it was Friday it was supposed to be $170 and that I owed $50 more. They did not take fault for the fact that it was their employee who made a mistake. Why should I have to pay extra for their employee's mistake? If I would've known there would have been such a price difference, I would not have signed up to begin with. So I was trapped in a situation that I shouldn't have had to be in had their staff been more careful. Besides that fact, the way they handled it was terrible. In the middle of my child's party, there were about five individuals on staff around my family arguing about who's fault it was. There was one guy who was trying to "explain" what had happened and train others about what to do or say during the whole ordeal. Both a security guard and another staff employee agreed with my family in I in that we were treated wrongfully and unfairly. How do you manage to interrupt a little baby's birthday party to argue about a mistake that you caused? To top it all off, the guy on staff who was the loudest and most obnoxious warned us not to speak to the manager if we could help it because, and I quote, "he's mean, and he comes from Korea." First off, that's a racist statement to make towards individuals of Korean descent. Second of all, I could care less if the manager came from Africa, Asia, North America, or Mars; what difference does it make? The manager was in fact not listening whatsoever and obviously does not have any customer service skills. We were also promised services for the party, such as ice cream, pizza, and a bottle of water, which never came. We were also rushed out at the end at told to remove our stuff after all the bad treatment we had already received. Not only will I never go here again, I'll do my best to educate any individual about their lack of customer service and the level of rudeness I experienced on that day so that they are better informed and will make a decision to protect themselves from a similar one. This is not how you treat customers. Respect, dignity, and the ability to effectively communicate will take you a long way. Having five or six staff members speaking loudly and surrounding a birthday section isn't going to do anything to solve any issues, especially the issue that was created due to a mistake of an employee. No thanks, never again.
You have no business ethics as it is apparent by your response. First off, nobody was trying to penny pinch. My family and I are all very successful and definitely have the money to have a party at your location or any other location for a price more than what you ask from anybody everyday if we wanted to. That in itself is not the issue. The issue is is that if a customer comes in and your employee gives a wrong price because they were not aware of how much it should've been for that day then it is their fault. If they were also confused by telling us a certain price for the day we went to ask rather than the day we were going to actually have the party there that is also their fault. You have no right to come and attack us mid-way through a two year old's birthday party with 6 employees like a mafia and start causing a scene. There were people all over watching you and your employees and were seeing the commotion that you were causing in the entry way of the party. Rather than own up to your employee's mistakes you would rather come on Google Reviews and make a fool out of yourself. So nothing is your fault huh? That's why you have tons of bad reviews here and also on YELP as well. Everybody else is delusional and you have great customer service and do a great job? Get real. You were terrible. Your own security guard and one of your own employees even stated how terrible the function is there.
Employees are very courtesy and helpful and it's very clean here love it here for my grandkids I'll be coming again
