the building is dirty inside like they don't even use a cleaning service. no parking long wait times not enough seating and no drive through better off going to branch on fm 78 much better

The "welcome" desk staff is not able to do something as basic as change CC Pins.
The manager, while not rude, lacked listen-to-your-customer skills. Too much talking, very little listening.
Not a little of parking spaces. Always seems really busy. Even difficult to get to the ATMs. But the tellers are very friendly and helpful...
I wish this Walzem Rd branch could emulate Schertz's 5-star customer service and support.

I go to this branch for work related deposits. Having to endure the careless attitude of banks reinforces why I use a credit union for my financial institution! Old enough to remember when "bankers hours" meant 8am-5pm, not 9am-4pm! Banks act as though they are doing us a favor by holding our money! Nothing could be further from the truth!
