Zero stars....customer services needs great improvement...Actually all of them especially the one in Louisiana.

This company seems as if they go find the rudest and most ignorant people from the street and offer them to use their non-people skills to sit and make phone calls all day for 10 bucks an hour. That Louisiana office needs to be demolished . They should make it MANDATORY that the reps learn some etiquette and how to read and speak to people correctly. They don't offer any options, don't refinance, and they do nothing but call and try to bully you over the phone. I've had one decent and professional person (Treniece) and one nice supervisor (Theva) throughout the 2 years that I've been financed. They have no class, no respect, and no customer service AT ALL. I would recommend getting a loan from the MOB before working with this company. Absoulte worst!

NO STARS!!!!! Worst customer service I have EVER experience. This company processed a payment from my account after I refinanced with another bank. Customer service is non existent at best. Reconsider banking or financing with them. Awful experience. I can't stress how unprofessional and unhelpful all the reps are. Customer isn't right according to this company
NO STARS- Literally the worst company I have ever had to deal with. Extremely poor customer service, everyone is beyond rude, and being harassed before a payment is even due is ridiculous. DO NOT recommend doing business with them EVER!
