Don't go here if you want a family experience. Didn't have shoes for people and if you did get a pair, shoes were horrible. No socks provided. Long wait for food. Not enough lanes for people. Rails aren't automatic, either up the whole game or down the whole game. Staff was low, only saw 4 the whole time. Too small and crowded. Go to a better bowling alley, don't bother.
I really enjoyed the experience here. The manager was great. We had a bit of a wait time to get situated b/c it was a busy time, but the manager came and made sure we were happy. Also, the long island ice tea from the bar was amazing! will definitely come by again. Highly recommended!
We found this place to bowl with our newly graduated airman because the bowling alley on base is so darn packed. The woman who must have been a manager was extremely kind and paid for our bill. Obviously it's nice to get free stuff, but this woman did it because she cares for our military personnel and appreciated his service. If I'm ever in town again, I'll be bowling here. Extremely kind staff and great environment.
I'm a frequent bowler. I try to bring my kids once a week. But this place has been so horrible the last two times I've visited. The management is good. But the employees are a nightmare. The bartender is a complete jerk. Every time my daughter asks for a cup of water he's all of a sudden water patrol. They don't give cups of water he says. We had to call the manager twice just to put him in his place. Ridiculous. Never again. I'll go back if Martin gets fired. Because he does not have one lick of customer service in his body. I mean who's says no to a diabetic kid? We're not allowed to bring in any outside drinks. I for one will not pay $4 for desani.
Good bowling lanes & good service(then!) Now,service is lousy,no waitresses,lane service not very good. On scale of 1 to 10, would rate it a 2. After finish league play, going to better bowling house!
