Definitely did NOT meet expectations. I paid top dollar for their very best wash & detail service. Wheels left grimy among other things, and they didn't even remove the wax pencil markings on the windshield that they made when I arrived!
When all was said & done, this "car wash" cost me over $800, and my vehicle is still dirty.
Car was cleaned very nicely, including carpet, however their customer service/communication was poor this time. Sat inside for hour and a half and the whole time no one told me my car was ready thirty minutes prior. Person at desk said "I think your car's ready," then I waited outside, told someone I was waiting for my car. No response from staff, so I waited 5 more minutes before asking someone else if it was ready and he said "oh yeah, it's been ready for a while." Not sure why the person at desk wasn't informed earlier, and not sure why none of the 6 people out front couldn't have asked me what I was waiting for.
I took my tesla here this past weekend, a bit worried (hard to put into neutral) and they were so professional, did a great job, were quick (even on a Sunday afternoon), and affordable. The seating area inside was comfortable, cool and clean (you can also do some shopping)
Great people, wonderful service and my cars come out sparkling! Sometimes a little something might get missed, a smudge here or there and as soon as you point it out, BAMM!, it gets fixed with a smile and a great attitude! They have a year long package deal that can't be beat, second cars are less and the second year price is unbelievable. If you get your car washed regularly, bite the bullet and get the package. Also there is free coffee and water while you wait and the chairs inside are very comfortable and the little store inside is worth poking around...
