It was my first time here and I was reading the selections when one of the workers came up and asked if I needed help. He was very informative telling me about the different options and membership details. My car came out pretty damn clean, my only complaint was it didn't remove some tar specks on my car but that's hard to get off anyway so I did it by hand. I will probably be coming back here, very convenient and decently priced.
No towels FYI. They have a prep station with free bug slime for your front bumper and other areas, Shawn helped me with the touch screen system and guided me onto the car holder. Shawn and his other coworker were very nice and I’ll be back !
Caring staff; An manager who goes above & beyond to ensure you're satisfied with their service. Including a pre wash station was/is so helpful w mud/bird residue.
Prices are good but I came out with scratches on both lower sides of my mini-van. The vacuums do not have strong suction. I liked the pre-wash station.
