This store has the best employees! We were visiting AA and bought a couple pairs of shorts for our son. Our son then left the newly purchased shorts in the Apple store. I called AA and Jake was kind enough to walk to the Apple store, retrieve the shorts and mail them to us. We were 100 miles outside of San Antonio on our way back to Colorado when we noticed my son had left the shorts so turning around was not an option. This is true customer service!! Thanks so much Jake!
