I've been shopping at Dennis Uniforms for 2 years now, and I truly believe the customer service is not as great as before. Everytime I go, there's new faces, and seems like the employees are getting younger each time. My problem with that is, they offer a different type of customer service. They are rude, don't know their merchandise, seemed annoyed to help you, and aren't very friendly. When it comes to the merchandise, they have been on back order for a few weeks now. I ordered a uniform in the beginning of August and now we are in september and still nothing. Not to mention, the uniforms they do have, are not in order by size, you have empty bins in between, and some are even stained. I would go somewhere else, but have to come here. I might just start ordering online and save my gas.
I called ahead of time to verify they had what I needed in stock. My call was answered right away and she was very helpful over the phone. When I went in today, the employee remembered my call and showed me where everything was for my daughter's school. Also, I was asked by another employee if I needed assistance.
They tend to be out of popular sizes, and when you order the items they are out of their expected 1-2 weeks delivery time suddenly becomes 3-4 weeks.
Can call anytime and get nothing. Simple question about a school uniform item. Hope a competition moves in soon so things can be done.
