So its black Friday and everything is is supposedly 50% off and they charged my child full price

I was worried that i couldnt find a certain shirt they were selling. A store associate was super awesome and found it for me! :)
Their super cash is a scam. I tried to go in and spend my coupon and was told I used it the previous weekend. Being called a liar is not the way to keep a customer. And by the way.. I didn't use it honestly. I was out of town where there wasn't even an old navy within 100 miles! Oh and to top it off to really describe how much of a liar they thought I was, they kept my coupon for $30 off. I will NEVER return to old navy nor any of their family chains.
Fun shopping here in the past. Love it when they have sales.
