I've been trying to get someone to answer the damn phone so I can get out of jury duty. I don't live in SA any more. I got married and moved. We changed my address and name so why the hell am I getting a letter at my parents house saying that I have to come with my old name?!?!
It is hard to get in contact with the people at this office. Supposedly, the only way that I can call them is between the hours of 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM during business days. This is nearly impossible when working two jobs and going to school part time. The only solution is to drive over to the office which is somewhat of a 30 - 45 minute drive, when I'm not in class or working. Now I'm willing to do my part to address my speeding ticket, but it would be nice if the County of Bexar was willing to work with me in doing so. I am not satisfied with the service being provided by this Precinct or the Bexar County Sheriffs.
It takes so long for your tickets to clear with office hrs from 8-12 no wonder thay dont get anything done i had the worst experience with this place u thank thay would do there job in a timely fashion but thay are the worst no stars.
Judge "T" is the worst. He yelled at us very unprofessionally for no reason. He was very disrespectful and didnt even let us say our part, charged us $500 off the spot. This place sucks. Im paying so much for such a simple misunderstanding, but He could shove my money somewhere it fits! :)
I lost my ticket and don't live in the area. I can not get a live person anywhere to tell me where and what I need to do. I enter my info on the Bexar county municipal court downtown and it can't find me! How exactly does one track down where and when to do if you have lost the ticket!!!! craziness!!
