I dealt with Jesse, I believe he was the owner. He was very professional, met him in person. He went to my sister's house to give a free estimate. He said if I wanted to continue with the work to call the office. So I did, I gave them the tenants contact information and I gave them my information. Told them specifically that I was in charge of the payment and that I don't live at that house. I even spoke with Jesse and confirmed that I will be in charge of making payment. Well, I was at work on the phone when Jesse called to request payment. I didn't answer for a little over an hour after speaking with Jesse. When I did get back to him, he didn't answer his phone. Called the tenants and they said, electricians came back and pulled out all the electrical wiring that had been repaired. Took the new and old parts. I didn't understand why someone go through the trouble of doing the work, and can't wait an hour?? Did I present myself that untrustworthy? I texted him to try to resolve this, telling him we had an agreement...what happened? Asked him to call me back because this is bad business, never called me back either. Too bad, these people lived right in my neighborhood. I grew up in this neighborhood and I'm in the real estate business. I could have given them business, but now all they will get from me is bad references. How do you entrust people to do work for you, when they are quick to think you are out to rip them off? A little over an hour @##?? I'm still baffled
