Agree with all of the reviews. ZERO STARS. I have no problem with the reminder phone calls but when you're on the phone with your account manager and get hung up on because you're paying in a couple of hours and not exactly at 12:00, a time that she made up on her own... Completely uncalled for. Blanca is so rude and unprofessional. Every time. Also I always pay at the JD Byrider office, but the one time I decided to pay with my card over the phone with CNAC, MY DEBIT CARD THAT I'D HAD FOR OVER 10 YEARS WAS ALL OF THE SUDDEN BEING CHARGED HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS IN OTHER STATES AND OTHER COUNTRIES!!!! NOTHING WAS EVER SOLVED AND NO ONE WAS EVER REPRIMANDED. They absolutely do NOT care about their customers!!!!!
Sure, the payments need to be made on time. We're told that from the beginning. Also, the interest rates are a bit high, but we also know this going into the contract. So for those who are complaining about being "harassed" about payments or think the rates are absurd, I think it's a bit ridiculous that you didn't see this as a problem before you entered into the contract. You can't blame the company for your fault in judgement or inability to pay.
Customer service is rude and never look to help you with anything unless you make a payment then they are willing but only after you make a payment to them
So I've read through the reviews and noticed that they were all pretty bad. I just want to say that I have never had a problem. I got my car from JD Byrider and financed through CNAC. They do call sometimes as a reminder (or send a letter in the mail). No big deal. My payments are made through autopay. I've called the night before my payment was due to have my car changed and they switched it to a new car easily. There was also once when my card had expired and I had forgotten to call and update. They called me to let me know and I gave them the new card information. No problems.
Some lady answered my call I was calling to make a payment. She was so rude and short with me that I asked to be transferred to her supervisor she hung up and transferred me to a lady name taz I so much want to thank her for calming me down because the other ish had me crying I was so upset about the way she was talking to me. But taz my hero that day saved me from crazy thoughts ! I did not pay because I was gonna give the car back didn't care but grace be to GOD that troubles don't last always so I'm still with cnac because of a lady named TAZ!!! She recognized that this person got to me so she totally changed my mind about doing things! GOD bless you TAZ!! Sincerely Melissa Watkins-Thomas !!
If there was an option for zero Stars I would actually click that. I have tried to contact my representative several times and still have yet to hear back. Everyone I have spoken to is overwhelmingly rude. This is not even a Banking Company it is more of a loan shark to those people who are in need of a second financial chance. You're better off going anywhere else than here. DO NOT GET A LOAN HERE.
