I'm very pleased with my loan terms and being able to get my car fixed so fast. I work nearby and will be able to drop a loan payment at their door. I do wish they had a coupon book or slips to attach with my payment and remind me when it's due. A smooth transaction and I expect no repayment problems like others report.
Obviously the 3 previous reviews are from people who took the loan and chose not to pay it back.
Will continue to use these warm and caring people.
It doesn't seem like we are talking about the same place. I am retired from Serna Elementary, but still do substitute work. I found 5 Star just by driving past the office complex. The A/C on my old Taurus quit and needed it fixed fast. So I walked into the office and Larry greeted me after finishing his phone call. I saw no dogs. When Larry went to the backroom to get me information on how to change my Social Security direct deposit, I saw a file cabinet, a mini refrigerator and microwave. I was hoping there would be a restroom or a coffee machine in the back.
.......oh my .Don't do it not this one. This man has sexually harassed , and threaten me. Over 200.00 dollar s. Not only that I am a groomer and he owns two dogs . So he brought them to the shop that I work at and on a Saturday at that , and it takes 5 hrs to do two dogs , I took my time with them as I do with all to make them pretty . Ugh . They where so pretty. Even he texted me saying they were. Well then he emailed my boss stating they where not done right . That was in March . He has done nothing but caused drama at the shop where I work and has lied. My point on this is he will use your job and mix the loan and where you work . Against you . He is very very unprofessional. I should have known simply by the office , as I walked in two dogs where in office barking behind closed doors. when he opened the door . I Observed he is also living in there . Just a sad man .

Had to file a restraining order against this man. And I'm not behind on payments! Constantly calls and he requests favors. And when I was unable he threatened to call in the loan and ask for full payment up front. Calls via a private number and leaves some pretty outrages messages. Very unprofessional. I should have known better when I walked in and he was trying to conduct business barefooted and in non business like clothes. I even had to contact the state and issue a complaint! Good thing I saved his voicemail and text messages. Hope he goes out of business.
The paperwork was quick and easy. I got a $400 loan with six monthly payments and the first payment is not due for a month! Set the payment due date after my Social Security check arrives on the 3rd of each month.
The best that is why they won an award. They make their customers feel special. They call and thank me for the payment and always work with me if I need more time to pay.
