Called Theresa at the last minute for a delivery today. Not only was she able to pull something together, she offered to deliver them personally. Awesome service!!!!
I was VERY disappointed. I called to have something delivered to an employee within the hospital that the shop is located in. You would think I asked her to remove a finger! She sighed and huffed on the phone . She asked if I knew the EXACT location of the employee. I said yes and gave it to her. Then She asked if I was 100% sure they were at work today. I said yes. Her customer service skills were terrible and it's a shame that people call to take care of sick or injured people in the hospital and have to deal with this kind of negative attitude. When I asked for something with Candy in it because it was for a man, she said she needed 24 hours notice for that kind of thing. It was 100% obvious I was an inconvenience to her for the day so I just hung up. I am embarrassed someone like this works on a military instillation and in a hospital of all places!!
Great experience! Very helpful and responsive. Appreciate the ideas she gave me for someone staying at SAMMC.
