I WAS REFERRED BY OWNERS SON WHO WAS GIVING MY SON PRIVATE SWIMMING LESSONS OVER THE SUMMER. THE EMPLOYEES WERE GREAT OUR FIRST ORDER OF FLOWERS WAS FOR A FUNERAL AND IT WAS LATE NOTICE FOR THE ORDER TO BE PLACED BUT THE EMPLOYEE WHO HELPED ME WAS AWESOME; SHE EXPLAINED EVERYTHING, GAVE ME THE INFORMATION ON THE DIFFERENT ARRANGEMENTS, AND ASSURED ME THAT IT WOULD BE DELIVERED ON TIME. THE ARRANGEMENT WAS THE MOST BEAUTIFUL ARRANGEMENT THERE ACCORDING TO MY HUSBAND. THE SERVICE WAS SO GREAT A COUPLE OF WEEKS LATER I ORDERED A GET WELL ARRANGEMENT TO BE DELIVERED WHICH WAS BEAUTIFUL AGAIN. I WILL DEFINITELY USE FLOWER FORREST FOR ALL OF MY FLORAL ORDERS. One of my favorite florists to go to for weddings and events. Gina and her staff are easy to work with, great on your budget, always willing to accommodate your vision, and produce amazing floral designs.
First time using these guys. Courteous, polite, friendly over the phone order. Delivered on time and the arrangement looked good. No surprises. What more could you ask for? 5 stars so far. Will use again.
Supposedly the owner of this company Gina was absolutely very rude and according to her she does charge for sitting fee. No refunds if you waste her time stopping by to ask questions. I was trying to get refunded back my money
I was ordering from out of town. I'm always cautious when ordering flowers remotely (based on a picture on a website) as it seems you often don't get quality flowers. I asked the person on the phone what she had in the store that was fresh and that she would be excited about sending. She let me know about some roses and had a suggested arrangement. The arrangement that Flower Forrest delivered was beautiful and my mom was so excited. Great job, guys!
