Horrible service.... Took my money. I live in NY. Arrange for my mother to receive flowers for mothers day. My mother never receive her flowers . I called numerous times and no one calls back. This is not a way of providing a service . This place is stealing people money. I am filing a claim with Better Business Bureau. Its do ridiculous how this company is handling business.
Ordered flowers for my wife online on a Saturday. It was easy to do and I found that they would deliver it on the same day. That's what I needed. Shortly after I placed my order I received a phone call and the gentleman said that he would have to make a small substitution. I was at work and didn't have a lot of time to talk. I basically told him to make the adjustment and just make it "colorful". He could tell I didn't have time to have a long discussion. He was clutch and came through to upgrade my order and make it larger and more colorful because of the inconvenience. I don't remember his name exactly but, needless to say my wife was very happy and I too was very pleased and satisfied with the service. Thank you again!
Best service, great people. Edward the owner was very nice and helpful. Flower was arranged professionally and stunningly beautiful. I don't go anywhere else for my flower and fully support this small business in this side of town.

Absolutely awful business. Ordered flowers for my wife for mothers day Tuesday prior for a Saturday delivery. Spent $100 got a email verifying my order but come Saturday there was no delivery. Nobody called nor did anybody at the business answer. In fact they use a call center to conduct their business. So try to go get a refund and everyday this week they have left before their posted hours of operation. When I finally do get a hold of them I would love to have a good conversation about ethics because my money sure is out of my account with nothing to show for it. Do NOT buy from this awful unethical business.

This is the worst floral company that I have ever dealt with. The owner is a complete jerk and started yelling at me on the phone when I demanded a refund. As you can see from the picture, I order a set of Lavender Flowers and this is what I received! When I called the store and spoke with the owner, he told me that he was actually doing me a favor because the flowers he sent me was actually "more upscale."
I definitely disagree and I told him to send me the flowers I had purchased. Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday came, no flowers. When I called him on Thursday he refused to talk to me. When I went to the store, he ran to the back of the store when I asked an associate for the owner of the company. Never again!
