I checked 6 different FTD websites in San Antonio for the same exact flowers, and TOF was the lowest when adding in the delivery charge and all of the extra service charges.
I walked in to get my wife flowers as a surprise. They were very friendly, helped me immediately, and designed a beautiful set of flowers. I'd definitely go back.
Later that day I received a photo of the flowers I sent and was extremely upset that it was missing a significant number of flowers from the picture online. I contacted TOF and they gladly corrected the problem. My complaint is it should have been done correctly the first time. Not sure if I will ever use them again.
