I received excellent service tonight at the Lowe's on Callaghan Rd. One of the managers assisted me... 1st by getting me someone in the plumbing dept to assist me. Once I was ready to check-out, I then had to ask for help to check-out. (Only the Self Check Out registers were open. ) I found this same manager passing by. I asked if he could get someone to assist me at at checking out & getting a bathroom sink & pedestal into my vehicle. He had a cashier assist me & he put the very large items into my vehicle! I very much appreciated his help! I regret not getting his name. (A young slender gentleman, with medium brown hair that worked tonight, 10/21/17 @ 9:30 pm. ) Again, I had wonderful service today.
Lowe's us my home away from home. Great customer service. Just needed more time to look around at all the new products. I have to return when I've have more time.
Customer service is the worst - I have never seen a place with so many "workers" who could care less. This Lowes has gone so downhill. Never order online and pick up. I have been waiting 30 minutes for the man who went to the back to get my order after he could not find it in the online orders. This is the third online bad experience I have had here. I will not shop here online or in store again.
I went to the Lowe's on Callahan Road for some mini blinds and a few other things. A lady named Digna high up on a ladder asked what I needed, and she came down to show me the blinds. She cut the blinds to my measurements and when I got home they fit perfectly. Quick and easy. Thanks Digna and Lowes.
Paint counter attendant was totally incompetent. We left her a can of paint to match and specific directions. Abouut 40 min later she had done nothing and had misplaced the can. She then told me that she couldn't match the color. At checkout, the head cashier and another employee are chatting for 10 min with an old woman who had nothing better to do. Finally, while checking out the head cashier has to decide who is on lunch break. This place sucks
