In the process of remodeling my house I ordered $3000 worth of building supplies delieved from this store. Unfortunately it was raining the day of delivery, however, they decided not to cover DRYwall with a tarp (emphasis on the dry). I had to deny the wet drywall they delivered. From then on the delivery and prodesk return department were awful to me. When they delievered the new set of materials, they delivered a dented screen door that I didn’t sign for, but WOULD STILL NOT LET ME RETURN IT! Its crazy how much they went out of their way to inconvience me. If you buy anything from this store, do NOT GET IT DELIVERED! Unless you live really close by, I say this store is an absolute avoid. I have never written a google review before, but I am so irritated the management treated me terribly for just trying to get the products I purchased. Do not shop here if you can’t help it. Seriously terrible prodesk staff and management.
We also had great assistance from another older lady working there. She was truly the best help there!
Wasn't sure about an item, I asked at paint desk and employee was happy to help. He asked about job and he shot off a list of items I might need, so I wouldn't have to come back. Great service!
Good luck getting help. But when you do most employees are knowledgeable and are happy to help. The challenge is finding one. Some even walk away. Military discount is the only reason for 3 stars.
If you happen to get a cashier/worker by the name of Nina...be ready to leave with a smile. She takes customer service to a whole new level. Wish everyone could have an ounce of the happiness & kindness she has.
I have bought over $2,000 worth of material in just the past month. There has been many times that I have been there trying to find assistants and there's no one to be found. There has been other times where there has been three guys in one mile and no one stops to see if you need help. Especially in the aisle with the sheetrock is at there's two gentlemen there they can be talking to each other and they see somebody trying to get their attention and they don't even budge. We need more friendly and helpful people to assist customers and provide great service. We spend lots of money there and all the cashiers and other people are very helpful that when it comes to getting assistance there's lots of work to be
