Mr. Menchaca and his office were so great with helping me not only to apply but to be approved for citizenship! David and Eduardo put my application together and made the process so easy. I had a concern about a previous conviction keeping me from being approved but they were both confident that it would not be a problem being as to how much time had passed. The office kept me up to date with the appointments I had to attend wich was great. The day before my interview I met with Mr. Menchaca and he prepared me for my interview by giving me examples of what questions to expect and how to answer them. The following day I was approved for citizenship and I am currently waiting for my oath ceremony date. Words cannot express how grateful we are to Mr. Menchaca and all his staff. To begin, his receptionists are friendly, professional and very patient. My husband was attempting to get his citizenship but had a very difficult case. Mr. Menchaca was very honest and upfront with us. He was realistic and you don't find that too often in attorneys now a days. Most attorneys will tell you what you want to hear just so that they can get your money. They walked us through the whole process and kept us informed the whole time. A couple of days before my husband's appointment we met with David, he was very patient and explained the interview process in detail and guided my husband in the right direction. We were there for 2 hours, asked several questions and he was beyond awesome. I am happy to say that because of Mr. Menchaca and his staff, especially David, as of yesterday my husband is now a US citizen.
