Horrible customer service!!! I drove from ATX to meet sons mom for passport and a middle age women with glass working 3rd window, was extremely disrespectful. If I had time I would address it but I remained humble. What she didn't know that worked bexar county for 12 yrs and now a state employee. Poor women looked mad at life.

I'm so disappointed with the customer service I was give today. It's not that they were rude. They just were not willing to take the extra steps to help. If we pay you your money than we should get what we paid for not be told wait and if it doesn't work than call us in a month than we will help you. Especially when I bring to your attention there is a problem and someone didn't do there job. I work in a form of customer service and if I did what they did today by two different people I would be fired! Your employees reflect the management here! And when I ask if I can please speak to a supervisor I was denied to speak to them. I guess our taxes don't mean anything anymore. And when your in the right your treat like your in the wrong!
