I left a request on the code compliance website and 30 minutes later a code compliance officer called me. Turns out that my issue was for SAPD and not Code Compliance but the officer was very helpful in providing me the information that I needed to sort my issue as well as very friendly. Good job San Antonio!
Good luck calling these people, you are asked to call back during normal business hours when they have been open for an hour. I have been trying to get information from a vote by the planning commission for a day now and keep getting sent from one person to another.
