Guess my other review didn't post. Lol Sam is a great locksmith. He is very knowledgeable and explains everything at a level you are able to understand. He offers a reasonable price and grants you a 90day warranty. I appreciate his patience and willingness to explain varies routes of correction; then allowing me to choose. I called at 8:00 am, they spoke with serious tone, we were able to communicate effortlessly and when the locksmith came to my location even though I gave him a bit of a hard time asking him questions back and forth he maintained his cool and answered respectfully. He did a good job. Thank you.
Sam did a great job!! Came from out of town (4 hours away) to San Antonio and forgot my keys to my 2014 Nissan Altima. Communication was well. Didn’t wait more than 10 minuets for him to arrive. Sam gave me a 100 day policy if I return within 100 days he will program my original remote and the remote I got from his service. Well I came back within the 100 days and got both my keys programmed. He did an excellent job!! I highly recommend and I am highly satisfied with their service!!
