Ok, let me redo this. I put a review last night but took it down. After thinking, it’s going back up:
Thus the scam begins.
So I’m putting this back up.
I called another company and they came for a flat rate of $45.
I get a call from the tech an hour after the incident and after I added a negative review. He said bcuz of my review, they were gonna fire him. He offered to come out for the price of gas if I took the review down.
I told him forget it. He said “I’m already here, can you do $65.”
NOW GET THIS
I said no, $50 at most. He left.
I said no. If its $35 to come out and $120 to open, there’s no reason why this can’t be told to me by dispatch.
So avoid this trash company at all costs.
So the guy shows up. He says it’s $35 to come out, but $120 to open the car ($35 wrapped into the $120).
And truth be told, the tech is not at fault. Their dispatch misleads you.
David was very polite, and very expedient with a 20 minute response time. I will continue to use Teamwork for our locksmith needs and happily refer them.
Last night this place tried to rip me off. I called bcuz I locked my keys in my car. I called and was told $35 and up. Being ripped off once before by a locksmith, i asked what makes it go “and up.” The Guy was vague. He said the type of car, the tools we use...”
I felt bad and took my first review down.
Excellent customer service and great price!! On time and did the job right!! I recommend did this company to anyone!! God bless.
But I’m thinking today maybe that’s another scam. Maybe they avoid bad reviews by calling and saying they’re gonna get fired.
David was fast and super sweet! He got me back on the road in no time. I couldn't find my keys and he just made my day and saved the day! Ask for David
This is the best place. They fixed my complicated key issue in no time and we're the most reasonably priced I could find. They really are a best kept secret of San antonio.
