They have good Pokemon in the parking lot. If you live in the area it is a nice theater. If you don't, not sure it’s really worth the drive all the way up to the rim. There are several other theaters around town that are just as nice. But every time I go it's always an enjoyable experience.
They don't accept the moviepass subscription which pisses me off cause I live st the Rim. And I can walk there... what's the point of giving them my business if they don't accept moviepass like everyone else does... think bout long term benefits of accepting movie pass especially for those of us who live at the Rim
The Palladium has been my movie spot for years! Great clean facility with a true IMAX! I love assigned seating and they have a full bar if you need to fill up some time. I would love to see them remodel a few theaters to add recliners like the other Santikos theaters have.
Better than standard theater. Maybe. The outside food bars are great but no In-Seat-Service blows. Seats themselves are basic economy. For what the exterior of the theater suggests it lacks 10 fold when compared to theaters with recliners and in seat service. I will not come back especially when I can go elsewhere and get the same screen space, better seats, and food that isn't dotted in different location. Popcorn was stale. Drink bar was nice. At least their location makes it easier to get refills but I never down that much to need one. Remember folks IMAX may say their screen is bigger but for wide format films you just get more cropping. Only specific IMAX movies benefit and even then it's not that pleasing an aspect ratio.
I usually visit here when I’m in town and theater is great. Several different types of theaters from IMAX, to AVX and regular screenings. The palladium was undergoing some upgrades as of 11/21/2017 which sure will be completed soon I assume. They have been adding reclining seats to some theaters which is a plus. Another plus is the great food selection and a selection alcoholic beverages if so desired. Overall a great theater, slightly pricier then other places but you you do get reserved seating and other perks.
