Overall a pretty clean and well maintained movie theater with polite staff. Those are typically the biggest complaints I have with negative movie going experiences. The one thing I’d be remiss to mention though is the fact that the physical screen of the theater I was in was not uniformly clean which impacted the enjoyable viewing of the movie I was in. For reference I saw Blade Runner 2049 and the visuals are very stark and highlighted that issue prominently.
Nice theater to watch movies. Have 16 auditoriums, plenty of showtimes, good food, and an arcade. Not as fancy compared to the Palladium or Casa Blanca but more than adequate. Very nice and clean.
This is the closest theater for Helotes residents. Clean place, polite workers. Most importantly, people are respectful and quiet during movies. The food is pretty good. You can have a beer during the movie, too.
Love the seating and theater itself!! Bowling lanes available and of course great food and drinks. This is definitely a must.
Just saw Despicable Me 3. Nice theater, well decorated and quite clean. The online ticket buying experience was very easy. I exchanged the receipt for the actual tickets right before the movie and we were able to find our seats. The theater was comfortable, and the seats recline just enough to be comfortable. One of our seats was squeaky, so we moved down one spot and didn't use that seat. (Row j, theater 8.). Other than that it was a pleasant experience.
