This has been the worst Little League experience I have ever encountered. And we came from a small podunk country town. First off we paid $75 for our former little league. To play 16 games against 4 teams at that league. We got uniforms including hats, t-shirts, trophy, the lettering on the uniform, practice times and the scoreboards worked. This little league we paid $165 to get a softball uniform shirt only...no lettering or hats. We had to pay an extra $50 to get all that done. Then the team has to pay the league $500 to "rent" the fields for practice. And we also have to pay separately to buy our kids their trophies. Half the games have been played at these crappy field with non-working scoreboards. But the non-working scoreboards are only for the softball teams BC girls don't matter apparently. The other games are played at a DIFFERENT little league 30 miles away. The concession stand is overpriced for the quality of everything. Our coach plays favoritism something little league usually frowns upon. But this league encourages racism and is espouses nothing they claim they are teaching the kids. I'm assuming all the monies we paid to "play" went to the older boys so that they can go to the world series. Never again will we do anything to participate in this joke of a league. We are talking to lawyers because of the sexual discrimination our daughter faced while playing here. I will work hard to ensure this league loses their little league status.
