My kids love this park .On Dentist visits this is where they play. Always quiet and peaceful .
I love all these city parks just feel unsafe with the police staring waiting as if im gonna do something wrong. Maybe if the police were more approachable. Not acting like prison gaurds I might believe that they are here to protect and serve. Not to charge and judge.
Really nice park within walking distance of the Riverwalk. Don't forget to visit the Ben Milam statue.

It's a park. I was here for my morning walk, for a few mins I noticed a homeless guy tailing me, but not long after that I noticed a San Antonio PD Officer appear in plain site, the homeless guy left immediately. The park and benches were clean, it's close to the Mercado. PD presence is a plus.
