I can't find what I'm looking for and seem like this place are out of business or ? I hardly find any worker there for me to ask
We went and bought 6 fish, first visit was very pleasant. One fish passed away while we slept and my son woke up very upset. We went to take the fish back bc the guy said they would give 50% back for another fish within 45 days if they died. Immediately this next gentleman said it was our fault,that we didn't bring a sample of water so it be our tank. Never mind that I've worked at another pet store for a 10 yrs and my tank gets tested monthly. It had also been set up for a year and a half, we had been waiting to go shopping with his uncle who lives out of town. My son was so excited but now that man made him feel so horrible, we will love and enjoy the fish we bought but will never shop there again!
Good fish store but a bit pricey sometimes. You can find a good bargain occasionally.
If you look at the 1 star reviews, that is likely the only review they have made on Google, or their one other review is of a competitor pet store. Food for thought. My experience was pretty good. I purchased a Sulcata tortoise and related supplies. Their prices on everything I purchased were competitive or better than what I found online (which usually isn't the case for a brick and mortar specialty shop). The staff were friendly and willing to answer any of my questions. ---The selection has gone down over the last few years, as has the feeling of cleanliness in the store.
A huge selection of fish! I recently purchased my own tank for a planted aquarium and the selection of fish and plants was absolutely amazing! Highly recommend.
