Johnny and Thomas were excellent plumbers. When they came to the house and saw the problem with the toilet, they immediately recommended purchasing a new toilet. Thank goodness they did. In the long run, it will save us. They took their time in finding the correct jADA toilet for us and installed it without problems. Proud to say we recommend them again. They were professional.
I called them on Saturday morning planning to schedule them for some time next week. They told me they had someone in the neighborhood and can stop by today for a free estimate. Jose was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions and fixed our plumbing issues. He even went above and beyond by making my main water shutoff valve accessible when it used to be buried under the ground. I am very happy with his work and very glad I made the call this morning.
Paul was very professional and polite. He listened to my explanation of the issues, checked a few things and determined what the problem was. Told me ahead of fixing it what would likely be involved and how much it would cost depending what he had to do to fix it. Fortunately, the less expensive procedure worked. This was in mid-August and we've had no trouble since then. I highly recommend them.
It was Thanksgiving eve and we needed HELP with the kitchen sink. We called Roto-Rooter and they showed up within an hour. It was Nick Dominguez, Plumber #2364 to the rescue. He immediately diagnosed the problem and set out to fix everything. He did an excellent job and and the kitchen was spotless when he left.
