I've been living here with my fiance for 2 years already. We have complained about the A.C. in the summertime numerous of times. They come and check the A.C. and pipes and do absolutely nothing about it every month. Our CPS bill is so high for a 3 bedroom apt. They raise the rent each year, for what? To make extra money off the renters and can't even fix a simple A.C. problem. My fiance has been renting here since 2012 and we're already moving out soon just for the simple fact that they can't fix the A.C. Would definitely not recommend renting here. Nothing gets fixed!
