Clean place. Massage chairs for adults were a hit! Lots of fun and the place has a medium size shopping area attached. Great place to send summer indoors.
Its a great workout for the kids and some relax or catch time for the parents. My kids loved the experience and I was even able to work while they played. It's a win win.
This post is far overdue but I honestly enjoyed choosing Flip'z for my daughter's 11th birthday party. She loved all the time she was able to share with all our family & her friends. It's the best outcome to a day that meant as much to her as it did to me. All of the staff was very friendly, happy, showed they were there for US. Thank you! Especially to the birthday area staff. YOU went above and beyond and made it worth the drive to go back again for another party or any day.
After the incident that happened there over weekend I was appalled. This was supposed be a child safe environment. Monitor in the dodgeball area was fully aware of the older kids beating down the younger kids with headshots to the faces of the younger children and did not do anything to stop them from continuing their actions. Once they hit my daughter I made sure the monitor was aware that they were not doing their job. I reported it to the manager who immediately took action and removed the monitor from the area but not sure if any action was taken to report the incident to the owner or reprimand to monitor for lack of action. The issue is that while i defended my daughter in her time there, I can only assume this goes on without question until a parent speaks up to defend their children. If you take your children there keep watch of them at all times.
One of my most fave places to take the kids! This place is always clean and the staff is friendly. The bday parties are a bit pricey but they are worth it! And be sure to like them on facebook, because they post specials weekly, so you dont have to pay full price sometimes.
