If your driver's have so little regard for human life as to place 50-60 people in a head-on situation because of a schedule, I would never recommend your transportation services to anyone.

50-60 people's lives were placed in serious harms way this morning. Including the family occupying the oncoming vehicle. Why? Because of a tight schedule?
They "couldn't find Tivy's Cymbal Bag" which I for sure know was left in the cargo area of the bus. I am TOTALLY outraged by this!
Besides the fact that I was dropped off at the wrong station two hours late at 2 AM in the morning with no apology after the bus broke down on the hi-way multiple times and I wasn't allowed off, the manager said he would refund my tickets I bought. (I hadn't used the second one and wanted a refund on them, not much to ask after my experience. My family actually stayed at the stop - not even a station just the side of the road next to the trains, until her ride arrived where she broke down in tears because she was terrified of being abandoned at two in the morning on the side of the road.) I never received my refund after multiple calls and promises that I would by multiple people. Incredibly shady business practices and horrible customer support. The managers refused to speak to me over the phone and the customer support was horrendous. Do not use them. I cannot tell you how awful and stressful the experience was. They also offered my ride as "luxury" and there were no outlets and I could not connect to the WiFi - apparently it was a common problem and the WiFi didn't allow for things like Hulu and Netflix.
Would that bus made that schedule if I hadn't braked? No! There would be bodies scattered all over US57 this morning. Good luck with your company.
Great company.... Very experienced drivers, extremely polite and accomodating. Always ontime, never a bad experience.
This morning (11.09.17 at 09:48) on US 57 approx 30mi east of Zavala, Tx one of your driver's passed me heading WB. He had approx 50 passengers on his bus. He drove into oncoming traffic and would've had a head on collision had I not hit the brakes and created space for him to get back into the WB lane.
